Brass Gumbo can perform completely self contained, with no power or PA system required.

Ideal for:

  • when there’s no time for a lengthy set-up/pack down

    OR fully mic-ed up onstage for bigger venues/audiences, and a HUGE sound.

    The 6 piece version and above is completely mobile, with two percussionists for that New Orleans second line feel - ideal for leading guests from one place to another

The band can also be scaled up to any size for a HUGE parade if required - they have experience of leading bands of up to 30 people!

Brass Gumbo perform at an Oktoberfest event, at the iconic Platform venue in Glasgow, with neon signs in the background. The band consists of musicians playing saxophone, trumpet, and drums, all dressed in white shirts with suspenders.
